It's a boy!

On Monday, we found that baby #2 is a boy, surprising many who insisted that this would be a girl. His name is Peyton Lesley. Peyton, because we like it, and Lesley, after my Dad and Grandpa.

Brendan came along to the ultrasound and did great. At first he was very concerned that they were going to hurt me, but once he saw that it didn't hurt at all, he got very excited. He was so funny throughout the exam. On our way back to the room, he explained to the tech that he is the big brother and will show the baby how to have big muscles just like him. Also, as the tech was showing us the different body parts, Brendan started calling out random body parts to join in the fun. The cutest moment was a one point in the ultrasound, Brendan and Peyton were sucking their thumbs at the same time.
